Organisation.
Make 2 goals (about 5 feet wide) across from each other (about 5 feet apart).
Player 1 starts with the ball. Player 1 has to try to head the ball into player
2's goal. Player 2 plays goalie. If the ball goes in the goal player 1 gets
a point. Player 2 now gets the ball and tries to head the ball into player 1's
goal. play continues for a specific amount of time. Whoever has the most points
at the end of the game wins.
IMPORTANT
- You must have one foot on your goal line at all times
- If player one heads the ball and player 2 heads the ball back immediately
(without getting control first)and player 2 scores player 2 gets 2 points.
- If player 2 doesn't score he/she can do one of two things:a. Take the ball
to the mid line and take a
shot from there, or b. Take one big step forward and take a shot from there.
You must decide which before you start the game.
- You can change the size of the field to fit the skill level of the players
