1 player in goal, 4 players with back to goal play 2 v 2 into one goal.
On coaches first whistle players run backwards towards the goal.
On the coaches second whistle the server can roll throw or pass the the ball anywhere on the pitch.
The four players then try to score.

1. Be alert.
2. Good turning practice.
3. good for balance and co-ordination.
4. Shooting on target
