Organisation
- Divide the players into two equal teams
- Set out 10, 20 and 30 yds lines with
different coloured cones e.g. 10 yd line all red cones.
Exercises
- Hold ball behind your back and run to the 10 yd line and back
- Hold ball above head.
- Hold ball out in front.
- 2 bounces there and 2 back.
- No Ball. Sprint to 10 yd line touch cone and sprint back.
- Same sprint to line but turn diferent way at the line.
- Coach shouts a colour players run to those cones and back.
- Now 2 runs e.g. red/blue
- Red cones are now odd numbers, green ones are even numbers.S hout numbers e.g. 23, 68
players must run to odd or even line and back.
