  • Divide the players into two equal teams
  • Set out 10, 20 and 30 yds lines with different coloured cones e.g. 10 yd line all red cones.

Exercises

  1. Hold ball behind your back and run to the 10 yd line and back
  2. Hold ball above head.
  3. Hold ball out in front.
  4. 2 bounces there and 2 back.
  5. No Ball. Sprint to 10 yd line touch cone and sprint back.
  6. Same sprint to line but turn diferent way at the line.
  7. Coach shouts a colour players run to those cones and back.
  8. Now 2 runs e.g. red/blue
  9. Red cones are now odd numbers, green ones are even numbers.S hout numbers e.g. 23, 68 players must run to odd or even line and back.
