Organisation
- Use half the pitch.
- Cone out the main area the markers opporate.
- Three servers pass to each other until a pass into the forwards
is possible.
- Play 2 v 2, then add the sweeper when the markers are comfortable
with their roles.
- Middle server joins in to run at the defence 3 v 3.
- Wide servers join in but only in the wide areas.
- When defenders win the ball they must pass to the servers as quickly
as possible. Then push up quickly to receive a return pass and carry
the ball over the half way line to score a goal.

Sweeper
- Positioning, Between ball and penalty spot as
ball moved across pitch. 10 yds behind markers. Flat-between back markers
the nearer to goal the opposition play. In
position to be first if needed to passes played behind the defence.
- Role: communication, comanise, read the play.
- Importance of 35yd line (can mark it for him)

and stick to your opponent when he has possession.

- Near-side marking, far-side marking.
