Cones are set up as below

Distances
- From the start (S) to cone 1 is 5m
- From cone 1 to 2 is 5m
- From cone 1 to 3 is 5m
- From cone 2 to 4 & 3 to 5 is 3m
- F is finish gate

Turn start stop test
-
Run to cone 1, stand astride of
the cone.
- Run to cone 2, stand astride of the cone.
- Run to cone 3, stand astride of the cone.
- Run to cone 1, stand astride of the cone.
- Turn through 270 degrees and run through to the finish
Turn start stop Action
- Run to cone 1, stand
astride of the cone.
- Run to cone 2, stand astride of the cone.
- Jog back between cone 4 and 4a, touch the top of the cones with your hands.
- Run to cone 3, stand astride of the cone.
- Jog back between cone 5 and 5a, touch the top of the cones with your hands.
- Run to cone 1, stand astride of the cone.
- Turn through 270 degrees and run through to the finish.
Turn stop kick test
Same as above except that each time you reach a cone
you must kick it over using the following order.
- Cone 1 right foot
- Cone 2 left foot
- Cone 3 right foot
- Cone 1 left foot.
