Pressing and Jockeying

Organisation

  • Grid 15yds x 15yds
  • Players line up opposite each other.
  • Play 1 v 1
  • The blue player serves to the red player opposite him and presses as the ball travels.
  • The red player on possession attempts to dribble with the ball and carry it across the line between the two cones.
  • The blue player defends the line and prevents the red player crossing it with the ball.
