Organisation Grid is 30 yds x 30 yds Two target goals oppsite each other. Four teams of three. One of the four teams defends for a period of 45 secs therefore 9 v 3. Play two touch maximum. If the defending team wins it they pass through the goals outside the grid to score a goal. The coach serves another ball in immediately.

1. 'Spreading out' in possession.
2. Accuracy and pacing of passes.
3. Early decision making: As to pass receiver and support positions.
4. Play with the minimum number of touches possible in possession.
