The Junior Football Organiser's Award is aimed at 14-18 year old's to develop them into young football leaders. It is the first step on the coaching level enabling the young leaders to coach at Primary Schools, Mini-Soccer, FA Top Sport and Football festivals.

The course teaches the candidate how to plan and deliver safe sessions, to identify football skills, lead basic football skills practices, progress these skills into mini-soccer and to have aknowledge of resourses and how to use them.

The course will assist young leaders to not only personally develop their own knowledge and skills but to also deliver FUN, SAVE and PROGRESSIVE sessions to young players
