Organisation

• Grid is 30 x 20 yards
• Players line up in two files at each end of the grid (purple).
• A player stands half way down the side of the grid (blue players) and
• a flag or cone is placed in the middle of the grid.

• A player from each group takes a turn at playing a one-two with the middle man and finishes by running to the end of the opposite group.
• Middle players should give a good supporting angle and pass in front of the player and behind the flag. Look for good weight and accuracy of pass.

• Count the number of completed passes and play one team verses another. For example use groups of four.
• Make them play a another one-two with the oncoming player from the other group.
• Use an active player instead of a post.
