organisation.wo goalkeeprs stand 10 yds apart with one ball. Goalkeeper 2 serves. Change server after 10 shots.

Exercises

  • 1 touch passing
  • 2 touch passing
  • Throw into body, feet, head and above head.
  • Volleys into the body

Goalkeeping from Crosses

organisation.K2 stands on the goal line and edge of the six yd box. Player X1 is on the edge of the area, X2 is between the box and touch line. Change Keepers after 10 crosses and change sides after 20. Cross should be around the Keeper.

Exercise

  • GK1 passes to G2 to start
  • GK2 passes to X1
  • X1 passes to X2
  • X2 Crosses for X1
  • X1 runs in to finish.
  • 1 Touch passing

 

 

Shot Stopping

Organisation.

  • GK1 passes to GK2
  • GK2 passes to X1
  • X1 passes to X2
  • X2, one touch turn and shot.
  • Change Keeper after 10 shots
