Box to box with the width of the penalty area or 70 yds x 44 yards
8 v 8
Must leave one attacker in the attacking half when defending.
No offsides except in the end 20 yds which can be marked with cones.
On winning possession-counter-attack and play off the lone striker if appropriate.
