Ball Thief

Organisation

Grid is 20 x 20 yards

Two players stand outside the grid while the rest of the team dribble a ball each around the grid. The coach gives a signal and the two players run in and try to win a ball for themselves. The player lossing his ball must sprint around the grid or a specified area and then run back into the grid to win another ball. In the diagram below the player losing the ball must run around the flag and back.

Progression
  • Whoever keeps their ball the longest wins
  • Add more defenders
  • If you loose your ball twice you must do the run plus 10 press ups.
