Organisation
- Grid 20 x 20 yards.
- Eight players.
- Three attackers , one with the ball, and one defender (D1) are inside
a 20 x 20 yard grid, which is marked by four cones.
- Four defeneders are spread
around the perimeter of the grid.
- The attackers wear vests.
Exercise
- Play is 3 v 1 in the grid.
- The outside defenders cannot assist the middle
defender.
- Whenever the attackers lose possession of the ball, they are forced
to defend 5 v 3 with D1 maintaining a central support position.
- Players rotate
after a designated period.
