KEY FACTORS
- The direction to spread out should be taken early and ground covered quickly
- Wide means very wide "touchline"
- Runs should be made in to space but not to lose sight of the ball
- Positions taken up should make it difficult for the opposition to mark players
and cover each other
- Attackers should take up positions with the correct body angle - wide field
of vision
- The ball should be played out to a team mate who is in the best position
- The pass must be made when a team mate is in a position to control it
- Player receiving the ball must think and act positively othermse the initiative
will be lost
