Organisation
- 6-10 cones a stride apart
- .Players get in pairs and run through the cones doing
3 repetitions of the following exercises
- Keep Ball up with your feet.
- Keep Ball up with your thighs.
- Keep Ball up with your head.
- Roll your foot over the ball through the first cone,roll the ball backwards
through the next cone. Alternate. Right foot then left foot.
- Drag Backs through cones with left then right.
- Stand 3-5 yds apart. Side flicks. Partner throws soft bouncing ball player
flicks the ball back. Right leg behind left leg throw to side of left foot
player returns the ball with right foot.
- Flick up then Volley to partner
- Left flick to right flick to partner. Very difficult.
- Calf then Volley.
- Back through the cones with inside Hooks.
- Inside Hooks, exaggerate to shoot.
- Cruyff Turns
- Touching the Ball with the tips of your toes.
