Organisation, Direction and Progression
- A. Condition 10 passes then change or how many passes in 1 minute
- Rotate O1 with X1 - X4
- Condition types of passes: inside, outside, instep, feint before pass, ball
to the furthest foot
- B. Reduce to 3 v 1 and condition 1 attacker to 1 touch
- Vary this and develop to 1 touch for all X players
- C. 3 v 2 in a grid 10 x 20.
- 1 attacker goes to 1 touch
- 4 v 3 (X4 & O3) 20 x 10 grid. 2 of the attackers go to 1 touch
