"Handball"

• Pitch 30 x 45yds with 2 yd end zones.
• Vary on number of players
• Divide players into 2 teams.

Players find a partner in the opposite team and man to man mark him.

Rules are

1. No running with the ball
2. No tackling interceptions only.
3. If the Ball goes to ground possession changes.
4. You can only pass the ball using your hands.
5. A goal is scored by passing the ball to one of your players in either of the goal zones
