Practices
- Keepers stand back-back and pass the ball around to each other. Change
direction.
- Two Keepers sitting opposite each other with their legs apart. They must
reach forward and touch the ball. Work sides as well.
- The Keeper lies on the floor while 2 players, 3 yards apart, pass through
him. The Keeper has too raise himself as the ball gets to him and let it pass
under his body.
