Practices
1. Tag
- The Keeper runs to a ball, then back to the goal.
- You can use cones or you
can make the Keeper come back to make a save.
2. High-Lows
- Two Coaches or servers stand just inside the posts on the 6 yard line.
- They
vary their throws high or low.
- The Keeper makes the save off one then gets
up to save from the other and so on.
- Always give the Keeper a chance to make
the save.
3. Bombardment
- Balls are scattered liberally inside the box.
- The Coach goes to a ball and
shoots, he lets the Keeper get up and then shoots another.
