When the Keeper gets the ball the two full backs must try to get into zones S.3 to provide width. The defenders receive the ball and pass to servers S.1 and S.2 to score. The server then passes back to the Keeper to play on. All servers and Coaches passes to the Keeper are backpasses, attackers are shots. If a defender wins the ball off an attacker he must pass back to the Keeper to go forward. The Keeper should-

  1. Look first at S.1 to kick or overarm throw.
  2. Look second at S.2 to overarm or Javelin throw.
  3. Look third at S.3 to sidefoot,Roll or Javelin throw.Goalkeepers should be comfortable with both feet.

Progress to 4 v 4 and work on opposite movements.
