Organisation

Pitch is 46 yds long x 44 yds wide (two penalty areas) with a 10 yd wide no mans land as shown.
The server (in purple) serves a ball diagonally for the striker (in blue) opposed by the red defender.
The striker may move into the 10 yd no mans land to receive the ball.
The defender cannot follow him until the stiker has had his first touch, then he is allowed to enter.
The striker turns to shoot or to dribble past the defender and shoot.
Practice can work both ways.
