Work in fours either side of the pitch in this shape.Alternate sides.

down the line.
- The Full back then crosses.
- The Winger, Forward and Midfielder
should all run into the penalty area to finish the Full backs cross.
2. Coming inside to shoot
- The Full back passes to the Forwards feet and then runs between the
Midfielder and Forward towards the goal,
- the Forward passes short to the
Midfielder, who passes square to the winger.
- The Winger then plays the Full
back in for a shot on goal.
- The Winger, Forward and Midfielder should all run
into the penalty for rebounds or a lay off.
- Full back should be positive.
3. The Lay off

8. Switch play
- Full back passes to opposite Full back, then same as Free play.
9. 4 v 4 Game
- Now use half a pitch and add four Defenders.
- Put a Defender on the
Forward, Midfielder and Winger.
- One Defender acts as a server (0),
- he passes
to the Full back and then becomes a tracking Defender.
- The Full back is allowed
one touch, on his second the Defenders become alive.
- Use the above drills, don't
have the Defenders too close together, create time and space and try to finish
with a goal.
