Organisation

• Grid is 35 yards long x 30 yards wide
• Four sets of players line up either sides of the posts

1. Player 1 chips a diagonal ball for attacker 2.
2. Player 4 closes 2 down on his first touch.
3. First player to score wins.
4. Alternate. So 4 passes to 3 and 1 closes down etc.
5. Work on individual defending techniques.

1. 2 and 3 v 1 and 4. Same diagonal ball to start and alternate play.
2. Work on all aspects of Cover, distance and angles. Communication.
