- Pitch is 40 yds x 30 yds.
- Three teams in different coloured bibs.
Lets say reds, greens and blues.

Exercises
- Pass and move. Start with each team having a ball, they pass amongst their
own colour. Give your pass a name and call for the ball. Look alert and stay
on the tips of your toes.
- Keep ball. Two colours unite and play keep ball, lets say greens and blues.
Reds must now try to win the ball back. If they win the ball the coloured
team who lost the ball now become defenders and must win the ball back, lets
say a Blue player lost it. Greens and reds play keep ball now and blues must
win it back. If a defending team knocks the ball out of play they are still
defenders, if a keep ball team knock the ball out they become defenders.
Play without rest for 20 minutes.
