Organisation
- Grid is 30 yds wide x 20 yds long.
- Two teams of 3 v 3 + 1 goalkeeper and 1 server.
- Coach serves a variety of services (ground, arial) into the playing area.
- First to the ball are the attackers and they try to score. Ohter team defends,
but if gaining possession try to score in the same goal.
- You can position 2 extra players along the sides of the playing area to
act as 'wall' players, returning any passes into the playing area within two
touches.
