Grid is 30 x 20
yards.
Three colours red, blue and green play within the grid. Here blue and
green play against red. Change the defenders regularly after a period
of time or when they win possession swap with the team giving the ball
away.
Progressions
- Blues can only pass to a green and vice versa.
- Blues one touch, greens all in. Therefore
greens will have to travel with the ball. Blues must get in to an
position where they can pass one touch. Look at angles and interchanges
of position.
