Rules
- Players line up on the half way line in pairs.
- The ball is played by the coach towards the goal with pace.
- Players sprint together to reach the ball first.
- Whoever reaches the ball first shoots to score.
- Emphasis is on maximal effort from both players to reach the ball
as quickly as possible.
Starting positions
- Facing forwards
- Backwards
- Sitting
- Kneeling
- Jumping
- Face down etc.
Variations
- Players must split to run round cone before shooting.
- 2 or more balls
- Method of feeding the ball- rolled, bounced, kicked etc.
