Organisation

A defender and a striker stand 10 yds apart, the striker facing goal.
The defender starts with the ball, passes to the striker and moves forward to pressurise.
The striker on receiving the ball runs at the defender in a 1 v 1 situation to shoot.
Use a variety of dribbling skills to beat the defender.
Work both sides- right and left foot.
Rebound all shots.
